MSS is primarily a trading system developer and provides
proprietary, mechanical trading systems for the commodity
futures markets. A range of individual, corporate and
professional commodity trading professionals employ the
trading systems. The system logic
is coded for use with the Tradestation trading platform to
generate real time trading signals.
Attain
Capital Management was appointed as the exclusive executing
broker for all MSS trading systems in October 2003. All trades
are cleared through Peregrine Financial Group, Inc.
or Man
Financial, for the individual client accounts.
It is our aim to provide new and innovative trading approaches
to the index, commodity and credit markets, rather than the
traditional buy and hold strategies of the past. MSS has fulfilled
this need and not only provides some exceptional proprietary
commodity trading strategies, but can facilitate
investors’ access to a variety of alternative third
party trading systems or money managers. The ability to diversify
and incorporate non-correlated third party trading systems
provides for professional portfolio diversification, and can
have tremendous benefits for system traders.
